Click on Orders and select the option Make an Order
This is the new face of the order, follow the images to learn how make an order:
- Select or add new customer
Type the name, phone number, year, make, model, or plate to search OR enter the information in the fields.
- Select or add a new car
If you have the plate or the Vin number of the vehicle you can search all of its information or just select one in our list.
Enter the plate and the state or only the VIN number
Click on Quick VIN
Wait a few seconds for the information be completely selected
- Enter the dates and the millage(optional).
4. Don’t forget set the status job (this is not necessary in estimates)
- Choose your Engine
Before adding items you need to select the engine of your vehicle without selecting it,
you will not be able to use the advanced search feature.

6. Add labors and parts
Enter a keyword and select one of the result matches
- Set the price depending your area and your date
The bar changes from red to green. Red means lower prices and lower profit; Green means higher prices
- Custom items
You can add custom items to your order, just enter the name, select the type, and click on Add
- Set the unit quantity and unit prices for your items
10. Select the technician for the labors
11. Now you can add a payment (Only invoices)
Enter the amount and select the type of payment
Click on ADD PAYMENT
A confirmation message to save your invoice before adding a payment will appear.
Click on confirm to save your order and the payment
A message saving Order Saved will be displayed
And the invoice can be opened in Editing format.
12. Print your order.
Click on Print

13. In order to save the payment, the system will save the order first and the payment.
This is done automatically when clicking this button.
Click on Save
A print question will be displayed in your screen
If you only want to save your invoice click on No, Only Save
A confirmation message will be appear on your screen.
14. The form is ready for a new order
